Melanie Drouin
Prior to joining KinderCare, Melanie was an Early Childhood Center Director at a Jewish Community Center. She has also worked for the Girl Scouts of North East Ohio and for the Great Lakes Science Center. Melanie also enjoys volunteering for various non-profit groups including the Akron Dog Park, the Akron Road Runner Marathon, and for the United Way.

Allison has an Associate's Degree from Cleveland State University. She has previously taught prior to coming to KinderCare in 2010 where she taught Prekindergarten. She has been a part of the management team at North Ridgeville KinderCare since 2013. Allison is married and has three beautiful children. In her spare time, Allison enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with her family.
